Very responsive customer service Very responsive customer service, good prices compared to competitors. I ordered a large number of deck tiles from Yard & Home that ran into a number of logistical issues when shipping. Though the supplier/logistics companies were not very helpful and I ended up having to rent a truck to do last mile pickup of the delayed, 3000lb shipment myself, Y&H themselves were quick to respond and helpful throughout the process. They also refunded me the costs of pickup upon request.

Awesome Service Reps First day I tried to order, I was unable to process my payment. I called and spoke with a really nice rep that said they would look into it and call me back with info--they called back that day to let me know that the servers for Visa had gone down. The next day they called me back to let me know that the system was back online and that I could order my railing! I have over 30 houses going right now--that extra level of service was so needed!!

We ordered 13 beautiful lights and 3… We ordered 13 beautiful lights and 3 were not working so we called and Yard & Home sent us out another 3 very quickly and resolved the issue with no problem. We are very happy with the solar post lights we received and they make our stone post look amazing! Just gorgeous, especially at night! We couldn't be happier! Thank you Yard & Home!

Love these baluster centerpieces Love these baluster centerpieces! They arrived faster than anticipated which was helpful. They look really nice on our new deck. These are easy to install and look well-made. I also had to purchase one extra off of Amazon (through Y&H) and that was shipped quickly too. I would definitely buy more products from this company.

Would of given 5 stars but product that… Would of given 5 stars but product that arrived was different than description. The pickets were supposed to be 3.5 inches wide but the ones that came were 4 inches so they will not fit into my existing stockade to replace damaged pickets.
