Awesome Service Reps First day I tried to order, I was unable to process my payment. I called and spoke with a really nice rep that said they would look into it and call me back with info--they called back that day to let me know that the servers for Visa had gone down. The next day they called me back to let me know that the system was back online and that I could order my railing! I have over 30 houses going right now--that extra level of service was so needed!!

The availability of products is great… The availability of products is great and shipping was prompt, however the I had an issue with the product. I have ordered 26" Estate aluminum balusters twice. The first batch was cut to 25 13/16" allowing for the extra added by the 2 connectors giving an exact 26". The second order came with all (30) balusters cut to exactly 26", which gave a total length of 26 3/16. Not a big difference but enough to require that I trim 3/16's off each one to make for a proper fit. The manufacturer should tighten up quality control.
