However, when I received the wrong item I had to contact her for the second time. She apologized and once again quickly helped me. She was polite and professional with her service.

Non Gun Type Kane Not a gun person. In fact I am anti gun, so this makes me feel better when getting a defense unit. Mostly for pig deterrence. However this shall be a solid item to learn GUN SAFETY. They also have great products for nonlethal self-defense. Highly recommend. I have just received a new gun and… I have just received a new gun and followed the instructions and tried to practice shooting the practice balls. I was not impressed with the operation of the Byrna. The first shot exited fine but it wouldn’t shoot the next four projectiles without me removing and reinserting the magazine for each shot. The CO2 cartridge emptied after two 5 shot magazines. But I had a similar problem with the second loaded magazine. If I have to fire off multiple shots it doesn’t make sense that I would have to remove and reinsert each magazine after the first trigger pull. The site says to get a mailer to send the product back for servicing but it doesn’t recognize the order number. Not happy about their service or product. Note: initial order wasn’t complete and had to contact them and send pictures of what was sent and they said would resend missing item. I am not impressed with their product(s) or service. Still waiting on getting a shipping label to return item. If they can’t send me a tested and working model they should not send them out.
