GBAwesome Customer Service - Price Adjustment on Recent Order I placed an order with Byrna and two days later a limited time promo for 10% off was announced. I contacted Byrna through their chat facility asking if the discount could be applied to the order I had just placed and within a couple of minutes it was done. Thank you William H! This was my first experience with Byrna Customer Service and I'm impressed. The process couldn't have been easier. I'm using the savings realized to purchase additional products from Byrna.

GBNon Gun Type Kane Not a gun person. In fact I am anti gun, so this makes me feel better when getting a defense unit. Mostly for pig deterrence. However this shall be a solid item to learn GUN SAFETY. Thank you to agent, very knowledgeable! Shall purchase and refer others once I’ve gotten the feel of it. Mahalo

GBI have just received a new gun and… I have just received a new gun and followed the instructions and tried to practice shooting the practice balls. I was not impressed with the operation of the Byrna. The first shot exited fine but it wouldn’t shoot the next four projectiles without me removing and reinserting the magazine for each shot. The CO2 cartridge emptied after two 5 shot magazines. But I had a similar problem with the second loaded magazine. If I have to fire off multiple shots it doesn’t make sense that I would have to remove and reinsert each magazine after the first trigger pull. The site says to get a mailer to send the product back for servicing but it doesn’t recognize the order number. Not happy about their service or product. Note: initial order wasn’t complete and had to contact them and send pictures of what was sent and they said would resend missing item. I am not impressed with their product(s) or service. Still waiting on getting a shipping label to return item. If they can’t send me a tested and working model they should not send them out.

GBJordan went way above and beyond Jordan went way above and beyond! My husband started this process and then got busy with a work project and passed if off to me. Jordan changed gears seemlessly into working with me. Then I actually forgot about this repair due to us being out of town and Jordan was fantastically patient. He followed up multiple times to provide gentle reminders instead of letting our issue go unadressed. Once I did get the launcher shipped, he provided consistent updates and ensured the work was done in a timely manner. Additionally, the repair team not only got the job done quickly, they found and repaired another issue we didn't even know about! Definitely a great customer service experience
