I contacted Byrna through their chat facility asking if the discount could be applied to the order I had just placed and within a couple of minutes it was done. Thank you William H! This was my first experience with Byrna Customer Service and I'm impressed. The process couldn't have been easier. I'm using the savings realized to purchase additional products from Byrna.

However, when I received the wrong item I had to contact her for the second time. She apologized and once again quickly helped me. She was polite and professional with her service.

GBI purchased the Mission 4 rifle Make sure that you follow the manufacturers storing instructions for the Mission 4 rifle. It is different than the pistol. Incorrect storage will result in drainage of the CO2 cartridge.
