Would order from here again I am skeptical of ordering from companies I haven't heard of after having some bad experiences. But Tyler Tool had what I wanted at a great price so I gave them a try. Ordering was easy. They shipped quickly, product arrived quickly and they communicated effectively.

Reconditioned saw The reconditioned saw I ordered was a quality product as advertised. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the box/packing it was shipped in. It was a really flimsy box that showed a lot of damage. Fortunately the saw showed no damage.

The items I ordered were almost… The items I ordered were almost immediately back ordered so I wasn’t happy I attempted to cancel the order but got the run around and pay pal refunded the money. Few months later I come home and the order is on the porch…..so I guess as long as you’re patient and not in a hurry you will get the product and as far as the product they were both top notch without any issues.

Very Happy customer. I had made an order a while back but did not received it do to shipper issue. Once I contracted Tyler Tool to check on the delay they responded by shipping and second tool over night, which I received the next day. In my book they are a great company to deal with, Thank you Tyler Tools!!!

I have had good luck with reconditioned… I have had good luck with reconditioned Dremel rotary tools. Ordering was easy and product arrived much faster than I was expecting. Will consider ordering again.
