Exactly like old ones. Same quality material, workmanship and precision. Couldn’t be happier. Customer service was five stars,product quality five stars, shipping five stars. This is one of the few remaining companies that you can have confidence in. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with this experience. Something you rarely experience in this day and age.

Good product Good product, nice replacement for original. Only issue was the latch bolt was set up for inward swinging door & I had ordered one for outward swinging. Not a big deal to change but I shouldn’t have to do that - especially when SLS is so specific when you order their parts.

Needed a new lock for my 90 year old… Needed a new lock for my 90 year old mother-in-law’s security door , received lock in a few days.
