Horrible communication, useless hardware, very long ship time Ordered blind on November 5 but did not receive it until December 21–7 weeks. I was promised a 3-week delivery date. I called on week 4 and was told item would be shipped immediately. No shipping updates-nor explanation. Hardware for blinds was useless and I had to replace it. Mediocre quality

Blind was fine, delivery not. Blind was fine. DHL delivery was not. Frequent notices came back as Package on Hold, or Exception, with no explanation why. Delivery was overdue by one week per DHL website even though package was at the local warehouse.

Quality custom made products I liked that i could get free samples. The online ordering was easy and the blinds actually arrived sooner than expected. The blinds look great. I expect to make further purchases here.

Did not realize they were shipped from… Did not realize they were shipped from Mexico so it took longer than I thought. One package was diverted from Oregon across to Connecticut and then back taking over 3 weeks.
