Wife liked but complained it was now mounted too high and was hard for her to reach. Regret having to purchase hose and adapters. Also was surprised to learn that you do not have a return policy. This company has been charging me… This company has been charging me $29.99 per month for the last 5 months. When i called to find out why, they said i had a subscription *which i never consented to*. They helped me camel it and said they would escalate my refund request but if approved, they would only refund up to 2 months. This is outrageous because i never agreed to a subscription and never received anything from the supposed subscription.

If you have hard water I do not… If you have hard water I do not recommend. I ordered the 2 showerheads while we were renovating our bathroom and just installed it. It is completely clogged after a week and did not allow a change in settings when we pushed the button. It stayed the same and we could never get a different spray from it. I have not tried the 2nd head as I'm very disappointed. I was sure this would be our answer to hard water issues.

I’m pretty impressed with this shower… I’m pretty impressed with this shower head. I had my doubts initially but after hooking it up (needed to add a shower hose, but no biggie) it felt great. All the micro nozzles give a completely different feel than even a high end massaging shower head. So far so good. Hopefully time won’t change my initial opinion.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered the shower head and the adapter hose that I bought had a huge hole it. WATER SPRAYING EVERYWHERE! I emailed them 4times! Finally got an email saying they have a ew supplier and would replace the adapter. YUP YOU GUESSED IT!! I NEVER HEARS BACK AGAIN!! ALPEN EITHER REFUND MY MONEY AND SEND THE REPLACEMENT PIECE! THIS IS TERRIBLE!!
