SCAM COMPANY They sent me a defective shower head and wall base. Customer service number is constantly "busy" even when calling for over an hour back-to-back on multiple days. Email support was told to call me not reply to email and over a week later writes me back instead of calling. Multiple reply emails to them with no reply to them and had to call the bank to dispute the charges. SCAM COMPANY! The company address of 4051 Freeport Pkwy #300, Grapevine, TX 76051 is an address for ShipBob a shipping company. Reviews all say the same thing most of the reviews on here say.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I read all these reviews. I read all the reviews on their Instagram calling them frauds and I still ordered. I placed two orders because they choose not to tell you that it doesn’t come with the connecting pieces. So I placed two back to back orders with expedited shipping. The first package was NOT expedited. The second package was never sent. Countless emails and messages and crickets. Frauds.

Installed your product last night and… Installed your product last night and showered this morning. Great water pressure! Wife liked but complained it was now mounted too high and was hard for her to reach. Regret having to purchase hose and adapters. Also was surprised to learn that you do not have a return policy. Absolutely terrible customer service… Absolutely terrible customer service and support. They only allow contact via email. I placed an order on Nov 28. I emailed on Dec 7 asking about my order status. I only got vague answers and half promises. I emailed again on Dec 11. No response. I emailed again on Dec 14. No response. 3 weeks after placing my order, I still had no answers and no product. I emailed on Dec 15 and cancelled my order. Two weeks later I still had not received confirmation of the cancellation or a refund. Much to my surprise, on Tuesday, Jan 3, I received my order. Almost 3 weeks after cancelling. I made multiple attempts to leave a review with comments and could not. Absolutely terrible experience start to finish.

HORRIBLE!! I ordered the shower head and the adapter hose that I bought had a huge hole it. WATER SPRAYING EVERYWHERE! I emailed them 4times! Finally got an email saying they have a ew supplier and would replace the adapter. YUP YOU GUESSED IT!! I NEVER HEARS BACK AGAIN!! ALPEN EITHER REFUND MY MONEY AND SEND THE REPLACEMENT PIECE! THIS IS TERRIBLE!!
