Please read complete review. I love the water pressure this shower… I love the water pressure this shower head provides. However, the ad claims to “soften” hard water so that the skin loses less moisture & is healthier. I haven’t found this to be true in my experience. I live in an area that has very hard, high mineral content, water. I’ve found that my skin is actually drier now than before using this product. I have to use hotter water because all of the little jets on the outside rim spray a very fine mist that actually feels cooler than my regular water temp. Overall, if you like great shower pressure, this is the product for you. If you want healthier skin, don’t purchase this product.

The alpenforce is a great buy The alpenforce is really cool to start off with. Only issues is that the bottom handle is a lot thicker than most shower head handles so it doesn’t fit most shower head hooks. The alpenforce sits on my shower hook not securely so I have to keep it in the second settle because the water pressure makes it fly off the hook. Within the 2 shower one of the water holes started pointing in the opposite direction so when I have my face to the water, one stream of water aims into my eye. Very annoying to have to tilt so I don’t get squirted in the eye. Over all the water pressure is amazing, I feel I have softer skin, and it is a great bye.

Poor Quality, Cheap Material, Don't Recommend The hose is of poor quality, one piece is made of plastic, and is supposed to withstand water pressure. This won't last very long. The showerhead itself doesn't function very well and a quick google search will show that this is probably a drop-ship product of poor quality.

This company is repeatedly trying to… This company is repeatedly trying to charge for something I DID NOT PURCHASE! They will not call me back or respond to emails. What is this company trying to do? No wonder their reviews are "1.8 or Poor." My advice is , Do not do business with them!

Absolutely terrible customer service… Absolutely terrible customer service and support. They only allow contact via email. I placed an order on Nov 28. I emailed on Dec 7 asking about my order status. I only got vague answers and half promises. I emailed again on Dec 11. No response. I emailed again on Dec 14. No response. 3 weeks after placing my order, I still had no answers and no product. I emailed on Dec 15 and cancelled my order. Two weeks later I still had not received confirmation of the cancellation or a refund. Much to my surprise, on Tuesday, Jan 3, I received my order. Almost 3 weeks after cancelling. I made multiple attempts to leave a review with comments and could not. Absolutely terrible experience start to finish.
