Excellent Service I recently bought a house and took over the buyers contact. I have had nothing but dedicated employees trying to do all they can to assist me. Our installer Anthony V., is a great guy, he has gone above and beyond in educating me about security systems and other ways to keep our house safe. I would recommend GHS to everyone.

Glad I switched I switched to GHS from another company 4 years ago and just renewed my contract. There have been minor glitches here and there, but the company has always worked very hard to keep the system working smoothly and fix any issues. They always try to find a way to help immediately over the phone, if possible, before setting up an appointment to come out in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system.

I sent a cancellation hand written… I sent a cancellation hand written letter to their company on behalf of my mother inlaw also the signatory but this company still continues to charge us monthly for the service that we dont even use or cannot access because we already have an ADT system at our house. Ripoff company.

A GHS rep came to my elderly father's… A GHS rep came to my elderly father's door in September and got him to switch from Brinks to GHS with the promise of paying off his Brinks account. They have not paid it off, so he has been forced to double pay. Efforts by my father, my brother-in-law and me to contact GHS Customer Service to correct the situation have gone unanswered. WARNING: Don't do business with this company that preys on gullible seniors, does not fulfill its commitments, and is unresponsive to customer requests for assistance.

We have had GHS since February 2018 We have had GHS since February 2018. The service is good, customer service when you can reach them is great. They have certain operational hours, so you don't have someone live to speak with 24/7 if there is a technical issue with equipment. However as far as being able to secure home and feel safe, they are great and response time is awesome.
