Worst company Worst company. Very shady, awful service. Technician was nice and able to fix problem but then company comes back and charges you for euipment on “free” service call. System is never monitored so no faith that cops would come even if alarm goes off. Stay away

Absurd Policies I tried to cancel GHS security over the phone with customer service, the policy wouldn't allow an over the phone cancellation or an online cancellation. I would have to type up a letter (before 30 days of contract end) and mail it saying that I didn't want the services anymore. Clearly trying to make it hard as possible to cancel or force someone into renewing their service. Very scammy way to run a business. Do not recommend!

Glad I switched I switched to GHS from another company 4 years ago and just renewed my contract. There have been minor glitches here and there, but the company has always worked very hard to keep the system working smoothly and fix any issues. They always try to find a way to help immediately over the phone, if possible, before setting up an appointment to come out in person. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home security system.

I had the same experience as most of… I had the same experience as most of you with this company. I call BS on this company not only for “requiring” a certified letter to cancel in the age of technology or accepting a cancellation over the phone but automatically renewing contracts because it was in the “fine print”. I sent the certified letter and told them to eat the balanced owed. I received another request for payment. I contacted AZ state attorney general and filed a complaint. That was in July 2022 and I have not received another correspondence from the company. I urge you file a complaint if are still not able to resolve your issue with this scam. The state attorney’s office was quick to respond and followed up with me after they had attempted to contact the office with no avail.

Contract was up last November,2020.They… Contract was up last November,2020.They automatically kept it going. Without my approval. I've called,pleaded, several times to stop withdrawing from my bank account always an excuse. Just sent a certified letter for them to stop. Was told I would have to pay 300 dollars to get out. Filing petition in Federal Court today.May I add, the first call last year the lady tried to trick me in e-signing to another contract and I refused.
