GBMy home is secure when I leave home. I have used Protect America for over 4 years to make me feel safe and secure both at home and when I am away. I have protection which will alert the fire department whether I am home or not. If someone breaks a window, walks through my home or opens any door or window, an alarm will send them running and notify the police. If you want the same peace of mind that I have, I highly recommend Protect America. One additional note; I would suggest the remote touch pad which can set the alarms after I have gone to bed.

GBI agree with everyone that say protect… I agree with everyone that say protect America is a scam. I called several times when I had them about their horrible service, when I ask to cancel they said no. You have to pay 2000 dollars to cancel. The alarms was going off for no reason and they tried to send signals. Nothing work. So they put it on my credit. A man called me getting smart with me. They rude and they will not bully me because they have horrible service.

GBProtect America Avoid Them at All Costs Protect America – a Home Alarm Business in Austin Texas Look at the reviews on Yelp and the staggering amount of negative reviews There’s a common theme: Protect America, Austin Texas is a scam-ridden, dishonest and disreputable company that is to be avoided at all costs. Once they get their claws into you with an agreement you’re sunk – there’s nothing you can do to modify or cancel an agreement that is unfairly struck – even for non-performance as they did with me - not installing the alarm. If you try they will go after you like a bulldog that won’t let go. Even though I owe them nothing they initiated a campaign of threatening letters and phone calls. Their most disgraceful enforcement technique is a falsified, fraudulent credit report that is grossly inaccurate since I owe them zero dollars. Don’t let them get away with it. Please avoid business with this company. If you don’t, you’ll sorely regret it.

GBCould be better We've been a customer for years. We pay for monitoring monthly. For the most part we have had great customer service. We recently experienced a loss of phone service including all dial tone, yet we weren't contacted by the service at all. They have an alternate number to reach us in such an emergency, but no one did so. We are beginning to wonder if their monitoring is worth the price. we also have issues with the equipment we had to pay for when we signed up and we cannot get it repaired. Oh well.

GBJohnnie on the spot! We left our home earlier this winter to spend time in the southern climate. We left in the early AM by automobile and Bright and early the second day out we got a call from PA that our alarm had been activated. We were a bit worried, but, shortly after we were notified by PA of the situation, our very good neighbor friends called to inform us that they were the culprits that set off the alarm and that the County Sheriff had indeed talked to them about the situation. We live in a very rural area, and the law was there as soon as possible. Thanks for everything PA
