GBTechnician never arrived to the appointment I waited for 4 hrs as they told me to wait for the appt from protection one and the technician never arrived. I called them and they said the tech arrived but he did not knock the door neither ring the door bell. How was I supposed to know he was there? I also checked through the windows constantly and I never saw the technician.

GBBad customer service- equipment doesn't work Installers were nice enough. However, the motion sensor kept getting set off by my cat. Company replaced sensor, moved it, adjusted sensitivity-still went off. When I spoke to customer service they said they'll drop the sensor from the system and that was it. When I explained this wasn't a good resolution for me since I signed up for the service for the advertiSed motion sensor and door sensors. The rep explained "well the motion sensor was free". I then decided I didn't want to continue with this company. Transferred me to someone else...they promised to call me back tomorrow (I was in middle of teaching class when alarm was set off my cat) I never got phone call. Terrible customer service. No follow through and poor equipment.

GBPoor Customer Service I set up the account only one month ago and I am so fed up with all the mess up and confusions, such as a broken sensor, wrong bill, numerous calls to schedule services, and the service person didn't show up for an appointment. You name it!

GB"Activated", yet unprotected... After getting confirmation of being active and ready for protection, my pets recently set off a false alarm. That's when I find out I'm really not on the grid and the police was not called. On the one hand, it's good the pooch set the alarm off so I could realize I really wasn't being protected. Yet, the initial peace of mind I had went straight out the window, like my possessions with my recent burglary.

GBThis company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to… This company makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. They do not let you cancel online and they make up ridiculous rules that impede your ability to cancel their services. I sold my house over a year ago and moved across country I have been trying to cancel the service for months. I they kept denying my attempt due to, "requiring further identification" or "word passcode needs to be reset" there is always a reason why i couldn't cancel. in total since i stopped using their service they charged me an additional $865.76! I had to go through my bank and stop them from charging me further.
