GBZero Star...CRIMINALS is what comes to… Zero Star...CRIMINALS is what comes to mind when dealing with this company. Tried to get ahold of this company since the beginning of the year to cancel my 5-year contract only to say that it can't be terminated until May when contract expires. When May comes around any I call to cancel, they said I needed to cancel in writing within 60 days of contract expiring. As a result, contract extended an additional 18 months. This company is the exact reason I will never deal with ANY company that tries to sell me something at the door. Pitiful excuse of a company!!!!

GBHorrible company Horrible company, I been trying to get out of their contract for months and they always find something to keep me hook, their faulty equipment will work for a few months and after that they will charge you for every technician visit. Stay away from this company, nothing but a scam.

GB"I MADE THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE"… "I MADE THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE" getting this security system installed at my residence on November 18th, 2017. Today is April 16th, 2018 and I'm still experiencing issues. I CAN'T GET HOLD OF technical support, customer service , not even the regional manager of this area ! My alarm system has been working on and off until yesterday in which both security panels are frozen. MY HOME IS NOT PROTECTED NEITHER AM I !

GBHorrible company Horrible company. Salesmen promise and then installers are incompetent. Alarm did not work after install. Called and no replies. Had another company come in and replace. I trusted talking to owner was good for cancellation. He is shady and poor excuse for a human. I am now stuck in a 42 month contract. Thats OK. I will cost them customers as much a possible. RUN FROM NORTHSTAR AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

GBNOT A GOOD SERVICE My service has required a technician to come out 3 times already, now a fourth time. Right now I cant gey accurate video events or skybell activity. I am still showing July 16th material although a technician was out her on July 20th. I have grown very displeased with this alarm service and equipment. Even when a storm rolls through, a customed sedvice rep doesnt even call to make sure tbe service lines havent been cut due to a burgular. Unacceptable service and the price and sedvice contract is too long for such bad service. At this very moment the skybell constantly rings, but No live events.
