Stay away from this company Stay away from this company. Had an alarm system that was under contract for 5 years. System never ever worked, bad equipment, bad service and when I had to move, no help. These people would not compromise so I wound up paying for nothing for 3.5 years. Now contract is up and they are telling me it was automatically extended because I did not notify them in writing. What a nightmare. Not only did I pay $4000 for nothing, I have had to spend a considerable amount of time trying to get them off my back.

NOT A GOOD SERVICE My service has required a technician to come out 3 times already, now a fourth time. Right now I cant gey accurate video events or skybell activity. I am still showing July 16th material although a technician was out her on July 20th. I have grown very displeased with this alarm service and equipment. Even when a storm rolls through, a customed sedvice rep doesnt even call to make sure tbe service lines havent been cut due to a burgular. Unacceptable service and the price and sedvice contract is too long for such bad service. At this very moment the skybell constantly rings, but No live events.

Never sign with NorthStar We were not told we were signing a 5 year contract, something we NEVER have/would have done for something other than something like a car loan. Easy, good looking, and well worth the money. The product actually gives me peace of mind. I can access everything easily from my phone or from the touchpad screen that looks good. The customer service has been excellent thus far. The salesman was a nice young man who was great with my daughter (6 month old). The installer was prompt, professional, and efficient. If looking for a security company I recommend NorthStar
