"I MADE THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE"… "I MADE THE WORST DECISION IN MY LIFE" getting this security system installed at my residence on November 18th, 2017. Today is April 16th, 2018 and I'm still experiencing issues. I CAN'T GET HOLD OF technical support, customer service , not even the regional manager of this area ! My alarm system has been working on and off until yesterday in which both security panels are frozen. MY HOME IS NOT PROTECTED NEITHER AM I !

Too bad I can’t select zero stars Too bad I can’t select zero stars! Deceptive business practices. They always find a reason to not cancel your contract which auto renews for 18 months! My first BBB complaint is because of this miserable company. Save yourself! Run don’t walk from this company.

They will keep “auto renewing” your… They will keep “auto renewing” your contract and charging you hundreds to get out of it. We waited 18 months for our contract to end to call and cancel and then were told we’d have to wait another 18 months because when we signed up FIVE years ago the contract said it could auto renew. They send out no notification of renewal-most likely so they can hopefully lock you in without you catching it. Shady company, crappy equipment, crappy customer service.

Never sign with NorthStar We were not told we were signing a 5 year contract, something we NEVER have/would have done for something other than something like a car loan. Poor quality and workmanship, so much so that we barely even used the system before we gave up as even after being “repaired” multiple times, it never worked We are imprisoned by the company and cannot get out of our contract even tho we moved 3 years ago and are renting the home Rude employees Overpriced Overall, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company.
