After giving ALL info on 2 houses After giving ALL info on 2 houses, I was given a price. Upon arrival $100 was added. Contacted Maxwell to let him know I was unhappy but he has not responded regarding the price jump. On the first house, the carpets were stained and there was no effort to check and clean. The 2nd house went fine. I would not recommend though due to the extra $100 and the stains left on a freshly shampooed carpet. The 3 stars is because the actual cleaning appears to be ok.

The guys that came to clean my ducts… The guys that came to clean my ducts were very polite and knowledgeable. Afterwards my house smells so good, I haven't been sneezing. I can feel the air through vents way more now. I've been in this house almost 6 years and this is first time my vents have been cleaned, I will be getting them done yearly from now on.

NO, NO, and NEVER! Set up an appointment through Facebook Marketplace in Sierra Vista, AZ. The tech called on the day of the appointment to say there was a problem with the truck. We rescheduled for today @ 3:00 PM. It is now 5:00 PM and I have had no call/test/PM from anyone as to why the tech has not shown up. I've called the toll free number and get a strange ring, then a busy signal and no one ever answers. I've left a request for callback an no response. I've see other reviews very similar to this one and wonder if there is some sort of scam being run on Facebook Messanger for this service.

Damon came by today to clean our… Damon came by today to clean our ducting. I knew it would be bad as we just moved in this house and everything was filthy and a mess, I figured the ducts had never been cleaned. Damon confirmed my suspicions, and he not only cleaned the ducts he sanitized them too and sealed them. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I totally recommend this company to give you full service and detailed work. So very happy to have gotten the ducts taken care of. We are breathing much better tonight! Thanks again Damon!
