GBTotal scam and they will keep using your credit card without your authorization, be aware Don’t ever ever share your credit card details with them because to get rid of this scam the only option will be to disable your credit card completely and get a new one. All hidden rules and policy which you will keep getting surprise when month passes, so far I have just one service on Oct 2023 which was so called free service for name sake and they already deducted almost 200 dollar till Feb 2024 , I disputed transaction but after a gap of few months they again started charging from this month. After finishing this review I am going to call my bank to disable my credit card and get a new one, seems like that’s the only option left for me. Be aware of this fraud company before you opt for .Good luck !! I have no option to choose 0 star hence i chose 1 star

GBSTAY AWAY!! STAY AWAY!!! Total scam, borderline criminal practice. Beware, once you sign up you're on the hook for 6 months... but that's not the worst part. They advertise a super low hourly rate, but that is NOT the rate that most cleaners with GOOD feedback and reviews charge! Some can charge way more... so unless you want a crappy or new cleaner with bad/no reviews, you will NOT be paying $20/hr. It's a total bait and switch. Then if you want to cancel there's a huge fee which is NOT prorated within your 6 months, and costs more than the first cleaning should have cost to begin with. STAY AWAY!!!!

GBCompany/platform is shady as F Company/platform is shady as F. Really cheap teaser rate comes with a $49/month autopay "membership" fee for 6 months. I'm in month 3, so I can't say to the ease of cancellation after 6 months is up, but that's my plan -- because I expect to be able to talk with someone about issues for $50/mo and there is no way to contact these people except their help form -- which they make super inconvenient (with three screens to button through) to submit. My first help request via form was never answered. The really crap thing is that you have little control over who they assign to your cleaning date and what their hourly charge is, and the hourly rate of the cleaner can also change between when you read their bio and what they charge you. For example, my last used cleaner is listed as $35/hr on their bio/review page. Dazzling Cleaning invoiced the job at $40/hr PLUS an unexpected "Priority Fee" of $20/hr. There was no indication of what a Priority Fee was when I set up the job request, nor that my job dates/times would be slapped with this fee. I would have chosen not to have anyone come had I known the rate was $60/hr + 15% + tip. There is no way to prevent cleaners that have hourly rates beyond what you have available in your budget, so a cleaner with an hourly rate of $80 can take your job and you have little recourse if it's more than you can handle. The fine print in the scheduling email will tell you to check the estimated invoice for payment details, but that invoice is stated as just an estimate and the "Priority Fee" didn't appear on it the first time I checked the job -- but it sure was there as the job finished. Also, you have to cancel a job within a certain amount of time (48 hours), and sometimes the jobs get picked up way in advance, then dropped by the cleaner and picked up by another one within that time limit. So, I was stuck with a more expensive cleaner, with a hidden exorbitant fee, and would be penalized for cancelling. Not cool. Thus far, I've had two cleaners out to perform basic cleans on bathrooms and floors, and they were both very good, so the service was fine, but this is far more expensive than just contracting with a traditional set schedule service and I wish I had just gone that route.

GBI’m not surprised with all the unhappy… I’m not surprised with all the unhappy reviews here. I won’t repeat everything that has been said. The company is a scam. You can’t talk to anyone but they will email you. I got the cleaners number on the first visit so I hounded her when she didn’t show -twice-always some lame excuse.but came the next day. She never finished our entire condo …I had to do the rest after she left . What she did was good which is why I kept with her through the contract. I felt we should tip her generously. You KNOW the company is getting the money. The cleaners are not being paid their rate. And they charge tax. So it’s $8-$14 more each visit. No cleaning people I ever had charged tax. When contract was up I ran as far from Dazzling Clean as I could. Advice: DO NOT START WITH THEM.
