If I could give them zero If I could give them zero. I would. DO NOT go through this moving company. They are basically brokers and pimp you out to movers. They’ll take your money and then they strategically create a system where once you book your move you can’t even view your order. They took a Tv off my order and brittney has some pompous attitude. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Sales is very helpful because they want money of course. My mom is an attorney so I’ll be handling it that route also wanted to just give a warning. Don’t do it.

Failed promiseThis company promised to my our stuff… This company promised to move our stuff from Phily to Chicago in 3-7 business days. They did not move for more than a month. They are unprofessional. They don’t accept credit card They are a bogus company. Please note this review is about OAKDALE MOVERS & STORAGE BASED OUT OF FLORIDA!. They are not real movers They are just brokers They are making promises they can’t keep. We are writing this review only to help the public not to be fooled.

Brittany & customer service Brittany the customer service rep had graciously answered the five thousand questions I had regarding this entire process. Super appreciated esp when I’m a worry wart about how the process of things will go.

Caring and On-Time What made my experience great is that they were very good at telling me what I needed to do to be prepared and they helped me with anything I was not able to do. They took care of boxing and putting protective cover on all of my items and furniture too. When the delivery came there was nothing damaged at all, no broken glass table tops, which I was nervous about, not even a scratch. They were great with communicating times and dates and were always on time as well.

Above and Beyond Very professional and quick delivery process. They even set up my new place. Definitely saved my back some wear and tear!
