Best moving company around! I never leave reviews but we had such a great experience using this company when we moved from maryland to Florida. Justin who helped us was friendly, polite and prices were the best around. I was a little nervous because they quoted me a price so much less than everyone else I spoke to but the move was simple, effortless and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend!

Professional company Not sure about the negative reviews because it was a smooth and pleasant experience that I had with Oakdale moving and storage. Jacob was extremely helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. The movers were prompt, courteous, and very careful. Price wise it was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for all my moving needs!

Brittany (manager) was extremely rude… Brittany (manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I received a text message Sunday evening stating that my move was set for the following Friday. I called Monday morning requesting to move the date. I was told that I had to pay a $400 fine to do so, despite their policy being that they require 5 business days to change a date (Sunday evening is not a business day, despite their company claiming so). I cancelled my trip with them and lost my deposit. It was a tough decision. I would not recommend anyone work with this company -- work with a company that wants to work with you versus trying to charge you additional bogus fees.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. Clearly most if not all of the five-star reviews are fake, and 4 or 5 of them will show up all at once to try and balance the average after several one-star reviews are left. Oakdale Moving and Storage lures in customers with a low estimate but by the time of the actual move, the cost jumps 2 to 3 times, and if you cancel, they keep your deposit. That's what happened to me. After I canceled I looked up this company and saw they were formed only last year and they're owned by an individual who also runs another very poorly-reviewed moving brokerage called Concorde Van Lines. I wish I had done my research sooner. Save yourself the hassle and just use legitimate carriers like Allied, or move yourself with a U-Haul. Don't waste your time with Oakdale. You'll either lose money or not get your belongings for another month after you move. (Also, why is the name of the page now called "The Quick Cleaners"? Seems like they're trying to distance their affiliation with all of these bad reviews...)

Above and Beyond Very professional and quick delivery process. They even set up my new place. Definitely saved my back some wear and tear!
