Do not use Do not use! Dishonest all around. Said the amount stated in my contract was all I would pay full well knowing the moving company was going to skrew me on the pick up and delivery side of the move. Quoted me $2500 an I ended up having to pay $4800 which I had to borrow to pay.

Worst scam company ever!!! Worst company ever. The c*nt Brittney Dial handling our move took no accountability for taking well over a month to deliver our things and for over charging us. They ARE NOT A MOVING COMPANY!!! They are just a sh!t crap “BROKER” stealing money and not accounting for their actions. Don’t listen to a word they say. This company needs to be shut down and reported for fraud!!! Seriously… use pods or just rent your own truck as it will be over a thousand dollars cheaper then ANYTHING ELSE. Don’t be another victim of theirs. They are literally a bunch of cons in a house/office stealing money. They’ll work hard to say how “ligit” they are and how they are not like the scammers and fake movers sending you company validation links to get you not to pick someone outside of them… trust me. They are a scam.. almost all of them are… don’t lose your hard earned money to unprofessional scammers like Brittney who refused to even speak to anyone once confronted about her business ethics. The company is as worthless as her word.

Do not use this company Do not use this company. Clearly most if not all of the five-star reviews are fake, and 4 or 5 of them will show up all at once to try and balance the average after several one-star reviews are left. Oakdale Moving and Storage lures in customers with a low estimate but by the time of the actual move, the cost jumps 2 to 3 times, and if you cancel, they keep your deposit. That's what happened to me. After I canceled I looked up this company and saw they were formed only last year and they're owned by an individual who also runs another very poorly-reviewed moving brokerage called Concorde Van Lines. I wish I had done my research sooner. Save yourself the hassle and just use legitimate carriers like Allied, or move yourself with a U-Haul. Don't waste your time with Oakdale. You'll either lose money or not get your belongings for another month after you move. (Also, why is the name of the page now called "The Quick Cleaners"? Seems like they're trying to distance their affiliation with all of these bad reviews...)

Great family owned company I was nervous because I had heard terrible things about the moving business but these guys seem to handle it very differently. My representative Jenn was with me through the entire experience, I could always text or call her to ask questions, from booking to delivery. We moved from Colorado to Florida and had a really great experience. I think the difference may be that we were upfront with our inventory and don’t leave anything out to try and sneak it in for a lower price, so we didn’t see any price increases as some other did that left reviews. If you are looking for a great family owned moving company that will give you good service at a good price then you have come to the right place. My mother will be using them on her next move.
