GBThe convenience factor is good but the … The convenience factor is good but the actual cleaning is pretty bad due to the fact that you never receive the same person more than a few times - so you have to repeat the whole process over again. And some are better than others.

GBMyclean is doing property management… Myclean is doing property management for a flat in our courtyard. Renters are loud until 2 am, drunk (15 empty liquor bottles per party in a unit specified as 4 renters, mounds of trash), disrespectul, disruptive and 24 hr myclean manager is not ressponsive. Calls go to answering machine with no response. Causes poor quality of life for homeowners. Not impressed with accountability and responsibilty.

HKThe cleaning wasn't great The cleaning wasn't great. I ordered the service for my tenant. However, the tenant has to spend 6 hours for making additional efforts to redo the job. "We went through 3 rolls of paper towels and everything we wiped was black from dirt. I hope you can get some of your money back because I honestly have no idea what they did for the time they were in the apartment. There was still maple syrup spills in the fridge". After raising the issue to the customer services team, they don't even look into the issue in details, and reply with the email right away in less than 3 mins by saying they can't do anything. Not even considering and hearing further about the issue.

GBLast minute reschedule & cancel We had an appointment booked for 1pm Sunday. Saturday afternoon they change it to 11:30am. Sunday morning they cancel it completely. Outrageously unprofessional.

GBFirst cleans were wonderful but quality … First cleans were wonderful but quality and thoroughness decreased over time. I keep them because it's an adequate job, but mainly because the process for scheduling online is REALLY easy and it's too hard to find and schedule new cleaners.
