All of my questions were answered… All of my questions were answered during the business review. I am already happy with the capabilities of the samsara dashboard and camera system. I'm glad that we will be able to integrate multiple cameras into the gateways now.

This might be a great product, but......I will never know First let me state that I believe by the looks of this product is great. But that is as far as I can go "I believe". These ELD's were recommended by a retired Texas State Trooper. I am a start up company with one truck as of now. I reached out to them and received a call. The young lady told me that I would have to use the self serve option on the web store because I would only be purchasing one. The web store did not answer my questions. I needed to speak to someone in sales that could answer my questions. Her response "Sir I don't make the rules". Well then, I will just move along to the next company that will provide some sort of human interaction. So much for the little guy. I will never recommend Samsara to anyone. No sarcastic reply needed Samsara

Customization for Your Fleet Samsara has a lot of features that allow you to create your fleet needs in a very customizable platform. Don’t be overwhelmed by the many features just ignore the ones you don’t need and then you may find yourself adding or utilizing more as needed in the future. Michaela Casey did a wonderful job navigating us through all the start up and settings and educating us about many important features of the software that we are already using and benefiting from.

Best thing about the Samsara is the… Best thing about the Samsara is the simplicity when it comes to onboarding and everything else. It is truly amazing how in a short time all of us were able to get used to and use Samsara to the fullest to improve our businesses.

Customer Service Lacks Great customer service when you do the demos and great sales pitch. Once you've signed up you get absolutely no response from anyone for any further help unless you want to order something. Good luck trying to return a wrong product - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
