I never leave a review… Like the title indicates, I never leave a review. However, I felt it was absolutely necessary to leave one for Eternal Roses. I’ve ordered from them more than 5 times in the past 2-3 years and every single time they have been absolutely spot on, flawless, and have exceeded expectations. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, the company has always been eager to help. Only if every company was run like this!!

I was forced to pay an extra $100 when… I was forced to pay an extra $100 when my roses were delivered. You could have told your customers this prior to order, but you chose not to. Not only will I never be ordering again, I will be sure to never recommend your products and make sure people know about my very negative experience. Thank you.

Last minute Eternal Roses purchase I had an amazing experience with Eternal Roses! Jazmine was extremely helpful over the phone and very patient. They even accommodated me during their off day. The owner gave me my order but double checked if it was correct first which was greatly appreciated as he made 2 quick adjustments. The roses are beautiful and very potent. I smell them every time I walk into my room, it was even better than expected and affordable which made it a perfect encounter.

Timely, specialized gift! This was a Birthday Gift to a friend's mother whose own Mother, Rose, passed away earlier this year. The beautifully packaged preserved pink rose was the perfect gift to help heal and memorialize the mother's passing. The gift was very much appreciated! Disappointed Was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for the price, on top of having to pay a ton of duty at my doorstep as I am from Canada. No big deal however, when I opened the package one of the roses was completely torn out and pedals everywhere. I replied to one of the initial managers/owners email they sent to express my concern, but I have not heard back.
