CADisappointed Was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for the price, on top of having to pay a ton of duty at my doorstep as I am from Canada. No big deal however, when I opened the package one of the roses was completely torn out and pedals everywhere. I replied to one of the initial managers/owners email they sent to express my concern, but I have not heard back.

GBimprove packaging the roses are beautiful, they smell like real flowers, but the packaging damages their beauty, since it has a white foam stick to hold it, which covers the decorative box where the roses come. because the flowers cannot be taken out of the transparent box it looks like a cheap fairground gift

CAI was forced to pay an extra $100 when… I was forced to pay an extra $100 when my roses were delivered. You could have told your customers this prior to order, but you chose not to. Not only will I never be ordering again, I will be sure to never recommend your products and make sure people know about my very negative experience. Thank you.

GBI can’t begin to express the joy that… I can’t begin to express the joy that my sister-in-law felt on her 70th Birthday when she opened the eternal rose in the most beautiful keepsake gift box and told me the rose scent instantly filled her mind with moments of her wedding day when she carried a bouquet of roses (the same color) and of her mom who loved the scent of roses so often had them in her home. Thank you for blessing her with this treasured gift.

GBrequested cancelation and go no reply I requested a cancelation and received neither reply nor refund with a full month to go before delivery date. What I did get was a request to rate customer service... so 0 stars for 0 response I suppose. Just about as disappointing as why I had to cancel in the first place.
