GBStupid service… I paid for extra keys and twice I received keys that don't fit. They have the same number but are different and you are blaming me.

GBGreat Customer Service- Poor quality product I receive my order quickly, but the key did not work in my lock. Reached out to Easy Keys and was replied to in a timely manner. They shipped me 2 new keys to try. The first key bent in the lock and the 2nd one broke off inside. The keys were not made from a strong metal and were of poor quality. I reached out again to their customer service and was shipped a key extractor to try and remove the broken piece from the lock. I've been trying for several days and cannot get the piece of key freed. Overall my experience with their customer service was great. Unfortunately I would not recommend purchasing their product/keys from this company. What started as a need for a replacement key has turned into a need for a replacement lock, to my expense.

GBI rate easykey a 5 star because they…politley persisted to fix my problem I rate easykey a 5 star because they were so helpful and very responsive. We had several e-mails and each one was answered in one day. I sent one picture of my broken cabinet lock and easykey quickly diagnosed and knew exactly which lock to send. I had no trouble replacing the old broken lock with this new one so there was not any need to send back the new one. The customer service was always polite and never sounded frustrated. We worked together as a team to find a fix for this problem. Dave

CATerrific customer service I had initially received the wrong keys after reaching out to the company they were super easy to work with and happily sent me new keys at no cost other than shipping. Terrific customer service !

GBI always get product in a timely… I always get product in a timely fashion, and when there are missing or incorrect items replacements are shipped out immediately. Great job guys!!!
