GBTactical Trap Technical Support is the Best I owned my Tactical Trap shelf for MANY years before I had any issues with the mechanism. I contacted Tactical Traps and Bree returned my email shortly thereafter. It was a quick reset of the system; a set of new batteries and I was back in business. The support for their system has been amazing and I appreciate an American Company that stands behind their product, not just when you make the purchase but for years thereafter! Thank you

GBEnd result was wonderful End result was wonderful! I ordered one of the 36 inch Traps and when I received it there were some issues and I was not happy with the item! I contacted the customer service department and indicated my displeasure and that I would like to send the unit back and order another smaller one! After discussing this and then having it checked out and approved I returned the first unit (at my expense) and ordered what I wanted to for a new order and I have received this unit and its great, arrived with what I asked for and they refunded me the difference between the two! I would recommend this company and their product they work great!

GBExcitement turns to disappointment. Was very pleased with how the shelving looked when i opened the box. Everything was going ok until I opened the second shelf, and the parts bag was missing. Sent in a request on the website and was asked to send a photo of the parts bag that was missing. Now I told them I had already mounted both units and disposed of the shipping materials. They wrote back and were condescending about how can the screws be missing if I mounted both units? Ironically one of the screws bent while trying to install so I used my own heavy duty deck screws. I don't mind an inquiry as to recheck boxes or look for production stickers (which neither of my shelves had) but questioning customers for your lack of quality control is not acceptable. I am still missing the light unit, screws (which i dont need now) and of course the one magnet (how do you advertise a unit to hold two pistols or a SBR and only send one magnet?) to my second shelf. I sent in photos of the screws I used and the inside of the units as requested in an additional email. Lets see if you guys will really stand behind your products or continue to give me the run around.

GBpoor customer service Poor customer service. Missing magnet for the shelf and you would think it was gold. Had to take a picture of the box, then they sent an e-mail asking if I was sure it wasn't in the box. Also the directions for installation was very bad and the only help was by youtube users who posted info about installation. Overall pick a different company.

GBI got my shelf a week ago I got my shelf a week ago. It looks and works great. I'm thinking about getting another one for my basement. I definitely recommend it to anyone who has a firearm.
