GBI was having an issue having a gift… I was having an issue having a gift sent to an address in another State. I contacted support and was assured the address would be changed. I received a confirmation almost immediately. P.S. The gift arrived on his Birthday.

GBGreat service team Initially, I had problems getting the pistol shelf to close. I did everything that the troubleshooting videos recommended and it still did not work. The customer service team was very responsive and quickly called me and we worked through the issues. I was surprised by how responsive and good the customer service team was.

GBExcitement turns to disappointment. Was very pleased with how the shelving looked when i opened the box. Everything was going ok until I opened the second shelf, and the parts bag was missing. Sent in a request on the website and was asked to send a photo of the parts bag that was missing. Now I told them I had already mounted both units and disposed of the shipping materials. They wrote back and were condescending about how can the screws be missing if I mounted both units? Ironically one of the screws bent while trying to install so I used my own heavy duty deck screws. I don't mind an inquiry as to recheck boxes or look for production stickers (which neither of my shelves had) but questioning customers for your lack of quality control is not acceptable. I am still missing the light unit, screws (which i dont need now) and of course the one magnet (how do you advertise a unit to hold two pistols or a SBR and only send one magnet?) to my second shelf. I sent in photos of the screws I used and the inside of the units as requested in an additional email. Lets see if you guys will really stand behind your products or continue to give me the run around.

GBLock pin jams and will not engage. I had an initial problem with the light. It did not stay securely in the unit and it did not fit well, making it hard to shut the shelf. The light contact switch also broke loose inside the battery compartment. Next the hinge hardware came loose, so there was a lot of slop in the fit. I could not adjust it. Finally, the lock pin would not engage/disengage, so it became impossible to shut the shelf. I tried realignment, disassembly/reassembly, nothing worked. I think the shelf opened and closed about 5-6 times before it failed.
