FANTASTIC COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!! What an awesome experience we had with L&M Carpet One Flooring. From the moment we walked in, Misty was super friendly and helped us every step of the way in our flooring remodel project and we absolutely LOVE our floors and totally recommend using L&M!!! They show they care about their customers and their installers did a FANTASTIC job on our floors! Highly recommend them if you’re looking to have new floors put in!!!

love our new Coretec plus flooring We had been to several places looking at options and pricing for a new flooring for our den. There were so many options especially having 2 dogs with some research and the with the help of John we were able to come up with a decision and price that was within our budget. Overall our experience was wonderful as was our installer, Tracy(sp). The removal and install did take a day and a half but Tracy cut no corners on the quality of work he did.

Outstanding service! We would rate a “10”, if possible. Our experience with L&M was nothing less than excellent, from the selection/sales process, to installation, and after care! Our representative, John Gaines, provided the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in our complete satisfaction. He truly gave more than what was expected. The installers did a beautiful job, and though our stairwell isn’t “square”, they came back out to adjust the pattern so it has the illusion of being square. We love our new carpet! Our sincere thanks and appreciation to L&M...we couldn’t be happier!

Angie J. has the "Floor" It was indeed an extremely pleasant experience to walk in the L&M Mechanicsville, VA showroom, and walk out knowing the ideal floor would soon be in our home. Angie J. was wonderful! She assisted with a smile and without any pressure. After she quickly grasped the idea of our flooring desire, Angie went to work and found the "perfect" floor. Very Happy Customer I have used L & M Carpet One Floor several times and each time I have been thoroughly pleased. Everyone was so helpful and ready to please. Starting with coming to our home to measure to the installation. Our salesperson, Misty, was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The installers did an excellent job. I would recommend L & M every chance I get.
