It took us quite a while to finally pick out the right solid hardwood oak flooring for most of our home. The installers told us it would take 2 days to complete, but they finished in just one day! Absolutely the best! From start to finish, buying flooring from L&M was such an enjoyable experience. Misty goes out of her way to take time, explaining options, and following up. I ended up getting vinyl flooring for 2 rooms. Matt scheduled the installation and all went according to timetable I was promised. Steve, John, and Vic were the installers. They arrived on time, worked non-stop, and finished both rooms in one day! They were polite, professional, and cleaned up everything. My husband and I have had many home additions and renovations done over the past several years, and this went smoother than any of them. I just can't say enough positive things about L&M. They are the best!

Great Technicians But Difficult To Schedule The men repairing our floor were outstanding - worked hard to get the fix just right. Scheduling them on the other hand was a huge hassle - could not get anyone to return my repeated phone calls. Took weeks to get the necessary repairs completed.

From the moment we walked in, Misty was super friendly and helped us every step of the way in our flooring remodel project and we absolutely LOVE our floors and totally recommend using L&M!!! They show they care about their customers and their installers did a FANTASTIC job on our floors! Highly recommend them if you’re looking to have new floors put in!!!

Although the sales people were nice Although the sales people were nice, I did not feel they were very helpful. I was told to check websites to see what I wanted instead of them helping me to make choice. When I asked questions about the difference in carpet brands they kept steering me to their brand w/o answering my questions. My salesperson was on vacation so the product was not ordered until she got back delaying my getting on their schedule. Creative Remodeling did a great job and Mike did a wonderful job on laying the tile. The job is beautiful but the front end experience very disappointing.
