Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly Angie was and is wonderful! She showed me several options for flooring and was interested in my priorities. She was able to meet all my needs, including getting my hardwood floors refinished. I called back to have her pick a tile for the upstairs bathroom, have it measured, and get an estimate for installation, which she made happen within 24 hours. All visits to L&M in person and by phone have been pleasant and the people there are so helpful and friendly. Plus, the decorators have very good taste. I'd trust their recommnedations on any product.

love our new Coretec plus flooring We had been to several places looking at options and pricing for a new flooring for our den. There were so many options especially having 2 dogs with some research and the with the help of John we were able to come up with a decision and price that was within our budget. Overall our experience was wonderful as was our installer, Tracy(sp). The removal and install did take a day and a half but Tracy cut no corners on the quality of work he did.

We purchased new carpet for the 2nd… We purchased new carpet for the 2nd floor of our home. Thanks to Kelly, the decision making and purchasing process went better than we could ever have imagined. The instillation was completed as scheduled. Cotton and Charles did excellent work! As s result of our great experience with the carpeting, with Kelly’s assistance, we’re now preparing to complete the tiling in two (2) remodeled bathrooms. Platinum level service to match the amazing flooring The flooring quality is amazing for all three types we chose - luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and wood. The installation was completed exactly as scheduled. The installers took extra care and all the trim work/walls were left in excellent condition. I was really impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. I would choose L&M again knowing they're an end-to-end full service company.
