Platinum level service to match the amazing flooring The flooring quality is amazing for all three types we chose - luxury vinyl tile, carpet, and wood. The installation was completed exactly as scheduled. The installers took extra care and all the trim work/walls were left in excellent condition. I was really impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail. I would choose L&M again knowing they're an end-to-end full service company.

Great Technicians But Difficult To Schedule The men repairing our floor were outstanding - worked hard to get the fix just right. Scheduling them on the other hand was a huge hassle - could not get anyone to return my repeated phone calls. Took weeks to get the necessary repairs completed.
