Outstanding Service After major flooding in our house, we had enough with contractors, what was suppose to be a 4 week remodel of our master bath turned into a 3 month repairs from our second floor all the way through the basement. Laurel Stegman from L&M Carpet One could not have been more helpful. She worked tirelessly with my wife and they installed all the carpet in our house in less then 2 days. The installers were outstanding both for the carpet and vinyl installation. Laurel has a passion for her job and desire to make sure the customer is happy.

Although the sales people were nice Although the sales people were nice, I did not feel they were very helpful. I was told to check websites to see what I wanted instead of them helping me to make choice. When I asked questions about the difference in carpet brands they kept steering me to their brand w/o answering my questions. My salesperson was on vacation so the product was not ordered until she got back delaying my getting on their schedule. Creative Remodeling did a great job and Mike did a wonderful job on laying the tile. The job is beautiful but the front end experience very disappointing.

It took us quite a while to finally pick out the right solid hardwood oak flooring for most of our home. The installers told us it would take 2 days to complete, but they finished in just one day! Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, friendly Angie was and is wonderful! She showed me several options for flooring and was interested in my priorities. She was able to meet all my needs, including getting my hardwood floors refinished. I called back to have her pick a tile for the upstairs bathroom, have it measured, and get an estimate for installation, which she made happen within 24 hours. All visits to L&M in person and by phone have been pleasant and the people there are so helpful and friendly. Plus, the decorators have very good taste. I'd trust their recommnedations on any product.

Outstanding service! We would rate a “10”, if possible. Our experience with L&M was nothing less than excellent, from the selection/sales process, to installation, and after care! Our representative, John Gaines, provided the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in our complete satisfaction. He truly gave more than what was expected. The installers did a beautiful job, and though our stairwell isn’t “square”, they came back out to adjust the pattern so it has the illusion of being square. We love our new carpet! Our sincere thanks and appreciation to L&M...we couldn’t be happier!
