The manager came to my house to measure… The manager came to my house to measure my room. When the installers came they informed me that the carpet was too small for the room and I would have to pick something else. When I went back to the store, the "gentleman" working there was rude and tried to limit me to their cheapest carpet. The sales girl had told me the week before that the carpet he was trying to exchange for was what they sold to landlords for rentals. Then he took me back to the remnants and forced me to choose from a tiny selection of which only two fit my room. I was not happy with the way I was treated, especially when it was THEIR mistake. I'm giving them 3 stars because the sales girl, Adrianna was wonderful.

Excellent local company. Bob B. gave 100% to source the bamboo flooring I wanted which was not available locally, and at a better price than the only other company in town which carried bamboo. Once the shipment was received, installation was prompt and professional. The work was completed in 1-1/2 days, at minimal inconvenience to our comfort. United Floor Covering is a local company. I strive to hire and shop locally as much as possible to support our community. It's a double win-win to shop local and get excellent service as well.

Extremely satisfied with the entire selection and installation process. The sales staff were most helpful in guiding us to make a final selection that suits our lifestyle and compliments our interior design. The installers, Lennie and Dave are real pros and their work ethics, dedication to perfection, and detail can only be matched at best, but not exceeded. One comment on a constructive criticism note is our bid did not spell out the exact rooms to be done- only the total square footage. Our entry way was not included in your original bid and had to be added on later. Although, we were not charged for labor but additional flooring material needed to be ordered and billed. We received other bids from your competitors and they listed the rooms by name that were to receive new flooring. This would have prevented the confusion we experienced. A rather small hiccup as compared to our total satisfaction. We look forward to dealing with your company in the future.

Terrific service and quality We have worked with United Floor for two carpet installations now (master bathroom small area, and living room). Both experiences were outstanding. They helped us select great quality carpet and recommended padding. One of the carpets had a "fold" in it -- originated with the manufacturer -- and they worked with us to get the problem sovlved. Really personal service and the installed carpets look and feel wonderful. Pricing was reasonable and well worth it, given the level of service. Highly recommend.

Excellent workmanship We had hardwood oak flooring that needed to be removed and new flooring added on. Also a carpet adjoining the wood needed to be cut to fit. The workers had great personalities and their work was excellent. The finished product was beautiful and flowed into the old floor perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing flooring.
