Terrific service and quality We have worked with United Floor for two carpet installations now (master bathroom small area, and living room). Both experiences were outstanding. They helped us select great quality carpet and recommended padding. One of the carpets had a "fold" in it -- originated with the manufacturer -- and they worked with us to get the problem sovlved. Really personal service and the installed carpets look and feel wonderful. Pricing was reasonable and well worth it, given the level of service. Highly recommend.

They all were professional, helpful, friendly, and respectful of my wishes and concerns. Many kudos to the installers! Not only do they know well the art of installation but did it with respect to my home and my furniture all in a friendly professional manner. I love love my new wool carpet!
