very satisfied We were given expert advice by Katlin on our selection of hardwood and carpet. The installation was completed on time with the dates we agreed upon. Katlin updated us regularly on the progress of the installation. The installer of the hardwood (Chris) did an excellent job, as well as Dave who installed the carpet. Katlin, Chris and Dave were easy to deal with. They guided us and advised us on the work that was done. also educated us on proper maintenance. Our hardwood floor and carpet look beautiful!!!

a long distance experience I needed carpeting in my newly purchased condo in MD before moving in from Ohio. Katlin was extremely helpful, and professional....directed me to a local store to choose carpeting and color, and took care of all of the many details on her end to order, deliver and install on time before the big move. My daughter in law also worked with Katlin in Md to give access to the condo for the work....and she too was impressed with the workers, the completed product and the speed with which they installed the carpeting.....and we love how it looks!! Carpet The carpet in our family room did not hold up at all! We did have Laminate in the large kitchen area that was done perfect. And is wearing perfect ! But the carpet is very crushed

Great Experience with Mercer One Our sales person was great! She went through numerous samples with us and after we selected the carpet we wanted she came to the house to expertly measure the area. Even brought samples to confirm the color selection versus the room colors.The installers were likewise just as professional.They were in and out in no time.
