GBGREAT STORE, SELECTION & STAFF We visited the store because I spilled red nail polish on a oatmeal color berber carpet...needless to say....had to replace the carpet. We visited the store, was greeted by two associates, who showed us the remnant options based upon the size room. The staff are knowledgeable and no pressure, we went home, re-measured to make sure we had the size correct and returned to the store for the purchase. My husband has commented many times that he wishes we had that same carpet throughout the house because it's absolutely beautiful in color, nap and wear. GREAT STORE & SUPERIOR STAFF

GBBad customer service Installer did not have strip for end of carpet to hall, said he thought looked better. He thought he broke a closet door, said he wasn't supposed to take door down. Found part after he left not broken just fell off.
