Bridge issue We had a connectivity issue with the bridge and got onto Notion who immediately sent out a new one. It's all working well now 👌 Why wouldn't anybody want these great gadgets in your home as a potential pre-warning against issues that may occur 🤔 So not only are they doing a great little job, but saving you money on your insurance, I'm very happy with Honey and Notion

My experience has been great My experience has been great. I must admit that I never heard of Notion until I switched over to Hippo Insurance some years ago. Even though I am not with them anymore, I am still loving my Notion system -- in fact, I have just expanded it!

Hardware is OK, abandonded platform. Products are ok if you can find them cheaply, but the company has changed hands what appears to be multiple times & for the most part has abandoned the products. There appears to be no support available, nor any 3rd party products integrate with this system.

Potentially useful technology Potentially useful technology. I initially found that sensors monitoring doors generate a huge number of false warnings if a door is left ajar - no issues when it is fully closed or open. It is useful to be notified of doors being opened and closed and conditions in our home. Notion’s support proved to be very responsive and resolved the false alarm issue.

I will say that I didn't know how much… I will say that I didn't know how much the temperature swings in my home with the air conditioner running. It has been an eye-opening thing when I got Notion! I put one in the bathroom, one in the store room by the water heater, and one in my bedroom. They are working rather well so far but, I still don't have any leaks, thank the Lord. I hope I never do.
