CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS A ZERO There was no issue with the order of extra parts, HOWEVER, the customer service is TERRIBLE! We have left multiple messages and sent emails (greeting states will return call in 24 hours). It’s been weeks so we quit trying and contacted our insurance company whom we got the product through. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have the basic set used for water… I have the basic set used for water detection. Easy set up and works as advertised. Notion has alerted me twice to water leaking from my A/C unit. Alerts were immediate and saved us from having any significant mess. So happy these were provided by our insurance company.

Excellent service Excellent service, without being too invasive but offering an extra service to help manage/control things that are out of one’s control!! Highly Recommended.

Potentially useful technology Potentially useful technology. I initially found that sensors monitoring doors generate a huge number of false warnings if a door is left ajar - no issues when it is fully closed or open. It is useful to be notified of doors being opened and closed and conditions in our home. Notion’s support proved to be very responsive and resolved the false alarm issue.

Worked great for over 1 year but now… Worked great for over 1 year but now all sensors have no signal. Have re-installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, left batteries out of sensors for more than 1 hour, re-synched bridge but still not working. App won't let me delete sensors so I can’t attempt to add them back. Called customer service telephone number of last 4 days with no response back. Also sent email to support with no response.
