GBCUSTOMER SERVICE GETS A ZERO There was no issue with the order of extra parts, HOWEVER, the customer service is TERRIBLE! We have left multiple messages and sent emails (greeting states will return call in 24 hours). It’s been weeks so we quit trying and contacted our insurance company whom we got the product through. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

GBWorked great for over 1 year but now… Worked great for over 1 year but now all sensors have no signal. Have re-installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, left batteries out of sensors for more than 1 hour, re-synched bridge but still not working. App won't let me delete sensors so I can’t attempt to add them back. Called customer service telephone number of last 4 days with no response back. Also sent email to support with no response.

GBGood job Notion We've been having heavy rain lately. I'm glad I placed a Notion close to my sump pump because it notified me as soon as the pump started to overflow and my husband was able to quickly resolve the issue so it could keep pumping.

GBHardware is OK, abandonded platform. Products are ok if you can find them cheaply, but the company has changed hands what appears to be multiple times & for the most part has abandoned the products. There appears to be no support available, nor any 3rd party products integrate with this system.
