CAExcellent support - I had to call technical support to help… I had to call technical support to help get my side door sensor fixed. The sensor thought is was open when the door was actually closed. I had accidentally the sensor off the door trim when putting in a new battery and reinstalled the sensor improperly. The tech helped me over the phone and back to normal and 100% functional! Much appreciate the support!

CABrutal Same thing others are saying... never worked properly and I tried to cancel. Wasn't allowed to!? And now its been 5 years and my term is up and I can't get ahold of anyone to cancel it. I waited on hold for a total of 3 hrs today. 1Hr this morning then had a meeting I had to go to so I hung up. Then same thing happened after another 40min attempt. Finally had more time to sit and wait... I was on hold for 1hr and 30min then got sent to voicemail!

GBSam O gave best explanation of tasks & system! Our internet service got updated. After that we had trouble reconnecting our Fluent system to our internet. We wanted a service person to come to our house and help us. Sam O from Fluent arrived and he was able to make the correct connection. In addition, he replaced our lithium batteries that were old and swelling. We asked him to return later in the week to put in a new doorbell cam and a driveway cam. Sam O explained what he was doing at every step of the process. He was courteous and efficient. We appreciate his work and can recommend him as a Fluent service person.

TTI forgot my password since first day… I forgot my password since first day 07/04/24. I am not getting the option to renew password as the link to to do so expires very quickly after taking a long time to pop up in my email. to date I have been unable to sign in and login in. I was originally willing to wait a couple days but now I want subscription cancellation and my payment refund.....Sandra B
