Larry did an amazing job! We just moved and had DFW security at our old house for a couple years. We were so excited to find out they would service our new home about an hour away! Larry just came and installed at our new house and it was an amazing experience yet again! He was so kind and polite. He took the time to explain everything to me and went over all the options we could include. He was extremely knowledgeable and also very efficient on his install. Larry is so good at his job and with customers. Thank you Larry!!!

Quality Security Our experience with the security element has been quite good. However, the Z wave components (specifically the thermostat) that go with it are terrible. It literally malfunctions 3 times daily and doesn't follow the set schedule for temperature control in the house at all. This is frustrating becasue they charge me monthly for something that does NOT work. UPDATE: Customer service has been quite helpful with this issue. I have to say, I was impressed by that!

People are friendly, the tech sucks. Not a big fan of their service. I signed a 2 year contract with the expectation of package with cameras around the property. Upon install, zero cameras we’re able to be installed, the doorbell camera is worthless despite no less than 6 service calls, the garage door has gone haywire and needed 4 different service calls. The indoor motion detection said it won’t see small dogs. Lie. My Boston terrier set it off in the first hour. Now I have glass break. I pay $50 a month so I can occasionally open/close the garage door with my phone. That’s it.

Kinda unsure...... I activated my alarm by mistake and the person on the other stated cops would be called, thankfully I had not registered my system with FWPD so they didn’t send them out. Come to find out, programmer had put in WRONG password!!! Had police been dispatched, I would have been fined!

Be sure to document services you agree too. Great technician came out (Corey), great service ( have been with them for 3-5 years now) but when it came to moving house and transferring service the sales person I spoke with gave misleading information. Not impressed with how they tried to rectify my situation. Be sure you document what they say so you don’t end up with cost surprises.
