Pros: good movers Cons; office job time underestimate Just wanted to say big thanks to Daniel and Fernando for a professional moving service. Furniture and pre-packed boxes were unassembled/assembled, wrapped/unwrapped and carefully moved to our new house in the specified rooms. They worked non stop and moved fast. I would recommend using these two guys for your move from Helix. They would have gotten a 5 stars review from me. I gave 4 stars because the job duration wasn't on-point and we paid more than expected. It was humanly impossible to move faster than these guys. We assume it was their office moving job time underestimate. We are happy the move is over and was done well, but didn't appreciate paying more than we expected.

Great Move The movers were courteous, professional, and most of all moved my belongings with care. They arrived within the time window that was provided, explained their process for my move, then focused on the move with no distractions. I appreciated their work ethics. If all the Helix moving teams are as good as the one I had for my move, I clearly would recommend Helix. From initial phone call through delivery was a pleasant experience (which says a lot for a move!)

They went above and beyond to make sure my furniture was safely packed and didn't hesitate to carry extra items I needed help with. I am a repeat customer for Helix because of their affordability and top notch customer service, will use them only every time!

Make sure that you have a binding quote They did an estimate and a non-binding quote. They were in Maryland and I was in SC. I told them that there were two 10X10 storage units that were uniformly full to 7' high. They made a low bid to get the job and then held my goods hostage until I paid about 35% more than the price they quoted. They also delivered late, drove on my irrigation system, and basically dumped everything in the garage. I have moved several times and this was my first bad experience. I can not recommend them.

Srecko and Fernando were absolutely top… Srecko and Fernando were absolutely top notch in communicating with me/us at every single step of the process. They delivered to two different locations in Brooklyn and were prompt, kind, courteous, hardworking and fast. I cannot say enough about the excellence of their work ethic and service. Do not hesitate to hire them. You won’t regret it. P.s. I am not easily impressed.
