Broken into my box by undoing 1 screw Broken into my box by undoing 1 rivet. Must've taken a minute. No camera everything stolen! No help from company who I paid for the box for years, for nothing -as I have lost everything that I first rented the box to be ‘secure’ and safe.

More CCTV Required. What went wrong was I had items stolen from my storage unit. Security needs to be fixed as not much CCTV only on access and egress points such as entrances, Loading Bay and Lifts. This leaves storage unit corridors and fire exits exposed. Storage units need to be made more secure either by further CCTV installed or ensuring storage units can’t be accessed from above. I have photo evidence to prove this.
