WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This was the WORST experience EVER! The manager James has the most unacceptable disposition and customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT suggest 10415 Allisonville to an enemy. He's very arrogant and should NOT be in a leadership position, let alone customer service. However, I spoke with a Lauren from the home office and she gave me the assurance and confidence that my concerns would be taken care of. I look forward to hearing from a member of management regarding my concerns. Thanks again Lauren!!!

Great and Friendly Staff This is our first experience using Storage Mart - 3500 Interstate 70 Dr. SE, Columbia, MO as my son is going to college in Fulton, MO. Joell Watson was so helpful in explaining the process and working with me to secure a storage unit. My son met her today to claim his keys, and wanted me to know he met Joell and how kind she was to work with.

Broken into my box by undoing 1 screw Broken into my box by undoing 1 rivet. Must've taken a minute. No camera everything stolen! No help from company who I paid for the box for years, for nothing -as I have lost everything that I first rented the box to be ‘secure’ and safe.

Wow... Incredible Support and Customer Service Wow, incredible service. Tyler at the Sapp Brothers drive location was very helpful, found me a location that suited me perfect and was just a pleasure to work with. The overall StorageMart organization seems well integrated and able to assist neighbor locations. When I was in a bind trying to get stuff protected from a storm coming in, my local store happened to be closed but they were able to get another area location Manager (Mel) to help me get checked into my local store regardless. They each met me at the location to ensure everything was working and even helped me park my gear. Very refreshing to see customer service like this. Kudos to you guys.
