Great and Friendly Staff This is our first experience using Storage Mart - 3500 Interstate 70 Dr. SE, Columbia, MO as my son is going to college in Fulton, MO. Joell Watson was so helpful in explaining the process and working with me to secure a storage unit. My son met her today to claim his keys, and wanted me to know he met Joell and how kind she was to work with.

Great all around storage facility I was greeted by a most friendly, knowledgeable, kind woman name Grace. I debated between 2 other companies and Storage Mart. Grace made that decision easy. Fair prices and excellent customer service. She made the interaction go smoothly and ensured I had the best unit for what I needed. The facility is clean, safe and the employees ensure that the ice and snow are cleared so you always have an easy time to get to your unit. There are always carts available and the employees are always helpful if you have questions.

The rates advertised are misleading The rates advertised are misleading. Online a 10x10 unit in Indianapolis is between $65.00 and $85.00 per month. I finally left Storage Mart. My rate on a 10x10 when I surrendered the space was $250.00 per month. I spoke with another customer in the parking lot that was leaving for the exact same reason.

Called and emailed insurance coverage… Called and emailed insurance coverage over and had a quick response and it was taken care of immediately. The storage unit facility is very clean and orderly. I'm very please storing my belongings here. Thanks and keep up the amazing service!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This was the WORST experience EVER! The manager James has the most unacceptable disposition and customer service I have ever experienced. I would NOT suggest 10415 Allisonville to an enemy. He's very arrogant and should NOT be in a leadership position, let alone customer service. However, I spoke with a Lauren from the home office and she gave me the assurance and confidence that my concerns would be taken care of. I look forward to hearing from a member of management regarding my concerns. Thanks again Lauren!!!
