After having horrifying experiences… After having horrifying experiences with other movers, I was reluctant to trust any moving company to move my belongings. Long Haul Moving & Storage was very professional, fair, nice and took great care of my items. I'd 10/10 book with them again in the future! I don't even create reviews like this, but I had to take the time out to leave one for this amazing company

Do not use this company. It’s a scam and a rip off. This company doesn’t even deserve one star I don’t know how this company remains in business this company go to F rating and better business. They screwed me out of my $3500 deposit. How do you spoke with a Perry and listen to all his lies and David along with his lies the sad part is I trusted him. I signed a contract immediately I called and emailed back and said I will move 150 boxes myself because I couldn’t afford the $8000 estimate. I gave them two weeks for them to make the proper arrangement of storage on the truck for my final pick up. They never called me back. I have documentation I have pictures emails, phone records the day of the move. They finally talk to me and said they still would charge me 4500 hours even if I only had 12 things to put on the truck this company I don’t know how they can stay in business oh I know is they’re dishonest under a bunch of pigs.

superb ☺️ During severe storms our family hired long haul moving & storage to transport some inherited furniture from Ky to Fl area. These movers excellent in all respects. They were efficient in their communication, punctual in their arrival, careful with the furniture and reasonably priced. The weather restrictions prevented us from renting a truck and driving it back ourselves, which was our original plan. But thankfully the team was proven as rescue for us.

Please do not get talked into hiring this company I’ll start out by saying I’ve never left a negative review for anything in my life. I just want to strongly urge anyone to not hire this company or work with an employee named David. I even gave him a chance before writing this to give me some sort of money back but he has gone radio silent. He was extremely responsive before I paid. Weird. And into my story of hiring the worst company to move across country…. I was quoted 2 grand for my move and gave an itemized list of exactly what I had. Moving day I had to throw away all my end tables, a tv stand, mirrors, and a desk because I was under quoted for the square footage. I’m not even sure if logically you could be that off on an estimate without knowing the customer was going to be forced to either throw away their stuff or pay extra. Even stranger, my friends who moved to the same location from a farther distance, paid the same amount and were able to move a 2 bedroom and all it’s materials (their stuff also arrived a week late). I was very clear I needed my stuff moved to Texas on the 8th (5 days after pick up). Because call me crazy, I didn’t want to sleep on an air mattress with none of my belongings for the first week after moving across the country. Anticipating a company would have some sort of idea when their drivers would arrive, I called asking what their eta was (2 days before I was planning on it to arrive). They told me they can give no estimate on arrival and they would tell me 24 hours before they get there. I then began playing phone tag with the 3 different businesses that were apparently part of this move. I then was told it would show up on Wednesday, then Thursday, then Friday, then for sure Saturday! Saturday comes and it’s 10 minutes from when they said they’d be there. I get a call from the Philippines ASKING ME if the mover was there. I said no, and call me back once you can tell me when they’re going to get here. Then once again all of the contacts I had did not answer the entire day. I then got a text from the driver the next morning that he was going to come at 10. Showed up at 1. Then I got a call back from the person that ghosted me for the last 24 hours saying I had to pay a 100 dollar “elevator fee”. Wanting to sleep on an actual bed for the first time in a week, I paid. Still thinking about hiring this company? The real icing on the cake was that the mover left with one of my boxes and I’m still waiting on getting that to this day. Honestly it’s kind of sad that people can do this to other people. I even voiced my concerns with David and mentioned how there was some negative reviews. He assured me that those were standard in this industry and not to worry as long as I give them all of the correct info. Well please don’t do what I did and think they’re probably just the type of person to leave negative reviews on everything. Best of luck to whoever is moving a long distance. There are a lot of things that are already stressful about that. Don’t let this company make your move 100X more stressful.

Moving was so easy! Moving was so easy with these guys! The folks on the phone were real professionals! They were able to answer all our questions, and gave us a reasonable quote. The movers were right on time, super nice, and made sure our stuff didn't get banged up. It was like having friendly superheroes help us move. Definitely 5 stars – they made everything way less stressful! With these folks, I won't have to worry about trying to move on my own ever again. I'm definitely calling them again.
