Our move in Oxford went really well and these guys made an extra effort to help with things that were tricky to handle. Also excellent communication/customer service. They even made us realise that we had overpaid and refunded us promptly.

Our customer service rep was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and explained everything in detail. Dispatch personnel were responsive and informative as well. We got a very fair price. Our move broke down as follows: Day One: Load from a third-floor elevator condo building. Two movers and one foreman, 4.5 hours. Dissemble and wrap all furniture. Lock truck in warehouse for the night. Total price, all-in: $3025, to the penny what was initially quoted.
