I contacted First Class Movers from a… I contacted First Class Movers from a referral. and my experience with them is great. They arrived right on time which was impressive for movers anyway. The men were very experienced and showed great efficiency in packing and loading all my stuff. I recommend them for moving.

Our initial inquiry through the quote… Our initial inquiry through the quote process was handled with responsiveness to our various calls questions and special requirements. Our customer service rep was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and explained everything in detail. Dispatch personnel were responsive and informative as well. We got a very fair price. Our move broke down as follows: Day One: Load from a third-floor elevator condo building. Two movers and one foreman, 4.5 hours. Dissemble and wrap all furniture. Lock truck in warehouse for the night. Total price, all-in: $3025, to the penny what was initially quoted. First Class Movers was fantastic at… First Class Movers was fantastic at keeping us updated with texts and emails. Never had to worry once. It was all simple. Men were friendly and very helpful with our house move. I could never be asked to move for a better moving experience. Thank you, I will use them again

At first they seemed legit At first they seemed legit - not brokers. We had no furniture just boxes, storage unit, a couple chairs & beds. When we got to storage unit the packer asked us if we had a tool chest & did it have tools in it. We said yes but it’s on wheels. They loaded everything & charged us to put our boxes in wardrobe boxes. Ended up doubling our quote. Then they took everything to a “safe” storage unit in Kent wa for 3 days. I watched with my tracker I put in a box - things were being moved around in storage. Finally get to our house a week later & no one shows to help semi driver unload - we had to unpack the truck with him. I called about this & FCM got mad at me - yelling & calling me names. Finally unpack what was delivered to find tool chest & all tools were gone. All my husbands clothes were gone. Every Seahawks signed memorabilia was gone but they left the display cases they were in. Only 7 of the 10 wardrobe boxes we paid for was delivered. No numbers to check off as they came off truck - also couldn’t because we were unloading the truck! They didn’t offer any other insurance other than 60 cents a lb. Now one of their workers is well dressed with a LOT tools & we’ll get nothing. do not accept theirb list of items - if it says box #122 they wont pay for anything in it. make them list out every item our problem was trusting this company & their workers. What a scam!!
