GBDO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! 1 month after you sign rate will go up at least 40 bucks! Then they will add fees that aren’t disclosed to your bill. Claiming they emailed you. Worst storage EVER!!! Worst experience ever!!! All they want you to do is sign up from a month or so and then move out or default so they can sell your stuff. Hateful people work here!!

GBThe prices are reasonable & the staff… The prices are reasonable & the staff is always nice & friendly. The only problem i do have with this location is; that it's always leaking water, water on the floors between the aisles with a foul smell. Sometimes you have to walk around the whole storage building to avoid stepping in the water or having water dripping on you. Other than that, i really don't have a problem.

GBQuick and Easy Access Crystal and other agents were most helpful when initially using the storage facility. The code originally given me would not open the gate and then I had similar problems with the lock on the unit. Your agents were instrumental in talking me through it all to enable quick and easy access. Thank y'all!

GBPrinceton Rd Princeton Rd, Johnson City, TN location. Monthly rate increased twice in one year. This coincided with the disappearance of all hand trucks inside the facility. This forced tenants to carry their own materials. Having a bad back made this even worse! When I brought this to the office staff’s attention, I got no reply. Seems to me that if they’re going to raise rates, the extra funds could have gone to furnishing tenants with more equipment for use. This led to my departure and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone !

GBPrices keep increasing Prices keep increasing, no added value. Security is bad. My unit was broken into last year April 3, 2023. I lost a lot of valuable belongings. Still haven't received compensation for that. As I sought to get answers from a manager I waited to pay my bill this month (really out of frustration) b/c the price is going up again next month. Tried to pay split payment because I accrue a late fee. They wouldn't accept it (well Kayla wouldn't). Uhm yeah I'm just over this company. They hold the tenets to a high standard but they are very slack with correspondence.
