GBStorage made simple I reserved my unit online & the process was quite easy. My unit was ready for me right away, with complete access. Moving in, I had a few questions, called & had a great experience with customer support. I highly recommend 10 Federal Self Storage & the use of their fully automated system is genius!

GBWhen we checked in to our new storage… When we checked in to our new storage unit we discovered that although it was listed as having power, it did not have any lights. Federal apologized for the mistake and offered to knock $20 per month off the rent. I felt that was extremely fair. Even without the reduction, their prices are better than any other facility around and it is a very nice facility with a good location.

GBDo not rent from these people … I paid for storage of my daughters things for over three years she was killed in a car accident and it was all I had left. I went there to find my lock had been changed. I then found out the lock was found 6 months ago cut. This company texts and messages about the bill being due, but couldn’t contact me to tell me the unit had been broken into. The last six months I paid 250 amonth and if I had known it was broken into I would have got everything out of there. Now they say I am insured for 1000 if I have the receipts for what was stolen but that doesn’t even pay me back for the wasted rent. When speaking to the police I found out that since Federal took it over they have been called out there a lot. I didn’t know that. The police ask them to put up cameras so they did just never turned them on. This company doesn’t care I lost my daughters things that were priceless to me. DO NOT RENT A UNIT FROM THEM BECAUSE WHEN ITS BROKEN INTO THEY DONT CARE.

GBEasy process Easy process. Online process has some bugs as it relates to not having vehicle storage. Will not let you complete online check in without filling out the for on vehicle make model year and vin. I just put in bogus information of multiple 1’s and it accepted it and let me complete application and move in.

GBWhat a horrible company What a horrible company. I don't know how these ppl sleep at night stealing people's belongings who want to and are willing to pay their bills. My father passed away and I'm trying to pay and clean out his storage units but they refuse to take my payment and will sell my great grandmother's family heirlooms. Who refuses money?! They sure took the payment from me last month. This is a ridiculous company policy that they definitely choose over common sense. My father has rented these units for 20 YEARS, but I guess that's just not enough profit.
